class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Abuso, neglig\u00eancia e bullying \/ cyberbullying s\u00e3o graves preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es nas escolas e, sendo obst\u00e1culos a sua educa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o tolerados. As escolas t\u00eam um papel institucional particular na sociedade de proteger seus estudantes e assegurar que seja concedido a cada estudante um ambiente seguro e protegido onde possa aprender e se desenvolver.<\/p>\n<p>Os educadores e funcion\u00e1rios da escola, tendo a oportunidade de observar e interagir com estudantes ao longo de per\u00edodos extensos de tempo, est\u00e3o em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica para identificar e apoiar alunos \u201cem risco\u201d e circunst\u00e2ncias de risco.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim, as escolas e os educadores t\u00eam tanto uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o profissional quanto \u00e9tica de identificar e apoiar estudantes que estejam em risco de abuso, neglig\u00eancia e bullying e\/ou que tenham necessidade de apoio e\/ou prote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os funcion\u00e1rios da EAR (corpo docente, administrativo e equipe de apoio), contratados para Atividades do After-School (ASA) e prestadores de servi\u00e7o s\u00e3o obrigados a ler, reconhecer e aderir ao SPP da escola e assinar anualmente o documento do C\u00f3digo de Conduta da escola. A Pol\u00edtica de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao estudante est\u00e1 inclu\u00edda nele.
